A provider information checklist for Palm Beach dermatology websites
Help visitors distinguish providers, services and booking options with verifiable facts. A clear credential trail is more useful than broad claims of authority.

Make each provider identifiable
A biography should state the provider's real name, professional role and exact credentials. Where a certification can be checked through an official source, give readers a route to that verification. Do not blur the roles of physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners and aestheticians.
Keep an internal evidence record for each credential statement: wording, verification source, reviewer and review date. Update biographies when staff or affiliations change. A logo in an image should not be the only place a qualification appears.
Explain the service and the next step
Separate medical and cosmetic service descriptions where that helps a visitor navigate, but do not ask the website to diagnose which care a person needs. Direct personal concerns to a qualified clinician. Clinical explanations, including screening, biopsy, treatment effects, candidacy and recovery, must be written or approved by licensed clinicians.
Administrative information can answer how to request an appointment, where the practice is, which contact channel to use and how to ask about fees or insurance. Publish the practice's actual policies rather than assuming a service is free or covered.
Use truthful authorship and review
Name the real author. Identify a clinical reviewer only when that person actually reviewed the content and authorized the attribution. Do not add a medical review badge to a marketing article to make it look more authoritative.
A practical editorial record has separate boxes for business-fact approval and clinical approval. Neither box should be inferred from the other. When a service, device or team member changes, reopen the affected pages rather than changing only the homepage.
Check clarity before chasing visibility
Have someone outside the practice read a provider page and answer: who is this person, what is their role, where do they work and how can I arrange a consultation? If the answers are unclear, revise the page before adding more marketing copy.
Keep photos accurate and appropriately authorized, with no promised outcomes. Optional markup must describe the same facts a visitor can read. No credential layout or schema label ensures an AI recommendation. A useful page earns its place by helping people verify information and reach the appropriate professional.
