A public-claims audit for West Palm Beach plastic surgery websites

Before adding more content, verify the claims already on the site. Credentials, images, procedure wording and consultation logistics need different evidence and different owners.

Inventory claims a patient could rely on

Review provider biographies, procedure pages, galleries and contact pages. Record each credential, affiliation, service statement and result-related claim. An internal audit sheet should include the exact wording, evidence source, owner and decision: retain, revise or remove.

Prioritize claims that could materially mislead a visitor. A former affiliation, unclear provider role or unsupported outcome promise deserves attention before a cosmetic headline change. Do not assume that a statement is current because it has been on the website for years.

Verify credentials without embellishment

Use precise names for board certifications and other qualifications, with a route to an official lookup where available. State hospital privileges or facility accreditation only when accurate and current. Do not use optional structured data to add authority claims that are absent from the visible, reviewed page.

Assign a practice owner to maintain this evidence. Marketing staff can organize the record, but they should not invent or infer credentials. Accurate attribution is also essential: list a clinical reviewer only when that clinician actually reviewed the material.

Check clinical copy and imagery separately

Licensed clinicians must write or approve information about procedures, candidacy, safety, preparation and recovery. Keep individual clinical advice within the appropriate patient relationship. A marketing page should not promise that a particular result or recovery schedule will apply to everyone.

For every patient image, confirm the appropriate documented authorization and context before publication. Do not present stock, conceptual or generated imagery as real patient results. Check surrounding captions as carefully as the image itself, and avoid identifying details beyond what is appropriately authorized.

Finish with the consultation journey

Verify the actual West Palm Beach location, hours and request process. A working form should clearly communicate whether the next step is a request or a confirmed appointment. Compare those facts with major listings and correct mismatches you control.

Review invitations must be neutral and consistent, with no incentive or request for sensitive treatment details. Public replies should not confirm a patient relationship. Repeated AI checks can reveal inaccurate descriptions, but no audit guarantees a recommendation. The durable result is a site whose public claims have a clear evidentiary trail.
