An AI answer accuracy audit for a Jupiter dental office

A monthly check is most useful when it catches wrong information and leads to a correction. Build an accuracy audit before trying to turn variable AI answers into a score.

Create a reliable reference sheet

Keep an approved internal list of the practice's current name, address, telephone number, opening hours, providers and services. Assign one person to keep it current. This sheet is the reference for the audit, not patient information to upload to a public tool.

Choose a small fixed set of questions about finding a family dentist, a genuinely offered service and appointment logistics in Jupiter. Nearby communities belong in questions only when relevant to the practice. Do not add neighborhoods merely to manufacture more tests.

Capture what the answer actually says

For each tool, save the exact question, date, device, approximate location and signed-in state. Note whether a Google AI answer appeared at all. Record source links when present. Run questions more than once; private browsing is a condition you can document, not a neutral view of everyone's results.

Classify each fact as accurate, outdated, unsupported or unclear. A practice omitted from an answer is not automatically an error. A wrong phone number is. Keeping those separate prevents an accuracy problem from getting lost inside a visibility percentage.

Turn mistakes into a correction queue

Use one row per issue: observed statement, supporting source URL, correct public fact, owner, change made and next review date. Prioritize wrong contact details and service claims that could misdirect a patient. Fix your own website first if it contains the error, then the relevant listing when you control it.

When an assistant does not cite a source, record that limitation. Do not assume the answer came from a particular directory or that a recent website change caused it. Repeat the check after your correction and allow for independent update schedules.

Protect the clinical boundary

This is a marketing-information audit. Dental explanations, treatment suitability, preparation and aftercare belong with licensed clinicians. Do not test with real patient cases or personal details. If you ask for reviews, invite all patients neutrally, offer no incentives and keep public replies free of any confirmation of a patient relationship.

At the monthly review, report the number of factual issues resolved and those still open, alongside repeated visibility observations. Those concrete maintenance results are useful even when an AI tool's mentions fluctuate.
